Always Dream Big

One thing Mark and I tried to stress to our kids when they were growing up was to always dream big. Over the past year or so since my diagnosis I’ve learned that dreams can come true even through sorrow and suffering. In fact, some of the most significant dreams in my life are coming true right now.

Always dream big.

“Most people never run far enough on their first wind to find out they’ve got a second. Give your dreams all you’ve got and you’ll be amazed at the energy that comes out of you.”

  1. Hi Rosemary,

I so love reading your posts. I know your journey is being tough on you, but yet I sense you are likely seeing a world many of us won’t get. I feel like I’m seeing some fabulous views through your lenses. I know we never really got to know each other well, but I will tell you I have always had big dreams which has led me on many interesting journeys in life.
Don’t stop reflecting and don’t stop writing. The Lord has blessed us with life and I agree that we often do not take the time to enjoy the wonders of this world, the kindness in others and the love that others are always trying to share.
I hope this post finds you doing the best that you can and I’m so glad that I have known you. It is so nice to see the lasting relationships you have maintained with other classmates. Those relationships aren’t always a common thread with people. So many leave high school and don’t ever see their classmates. You are blessed!
